What Can Be Shipped
  • Standard Luggage — Your everyday clothing, shoes, toiletries, and general travel necessities
  • Linens — Includes towels and blankets
  • Small, Non-Hazardous Gear — Items that fit securely in a soft or hard case
Excluded Items
  • High-Value Items — Jewelry, cash, precious metals, or electronics (laptops, cameras)
  • Fragile Goods — Items requiring specialized handling, such as glass, ceramics, or framed artwork
  • Prohibited & Regulated — Currency, medication, tobacco products & alcohol
When in doubt, have guests call Concierge at (855) 566-2085 before packing. We'd rather help plan than turn a bag away at pickup.

Shipping internationally?

International shipments follow the same process but require customs documentation for certain countries. Ship&Play handles all customs paperwork automatically — guests don't need to do anything additional.

What's included

  • Automatic customs declaration for all international shipments
  • Country-specific prohibited items flagged at checkout
  • Carrier selection optimized for destination country
  • Duties and taxes are the guest's responsibility (shown at checkout)

Key rules for guests

  • Do not pack anything not permitted in the destination country
  • Bags may be held for customs inspection — build in extra lead time
  • Certain items (food, plants, medications) face extra scrutiny
  • Guests should check the Destinations guide for their specific port
