Online at your co-branded URL, by phone with our Concierge, or through Guest Services onboard. Cruise itineraries pre-load automatically.

Pack

Guests pack as normal. Ship&Play mails a Welcome Kit with pre-printed labels, luggage tags, zip ties, and customs forms directly to their home.

03
Ship

Bags are picked up from home Monday–Friday. Built-in buffers guarantee on-time port delivery. Full real-time tracking included for every shipment.

Play

Bags wait in the stateroom on embarkation morning. At voyage end, the same seamless service ships everything home. That’s the detail guests remember.
