Shipping internationally?

International shipments work exactly like domestic ones. Guests book the same way, follow the same steps, and don't touch a single form. Ship&Play handles the rest — completely.

Customs is handled. Entirely.
Ship&Play manages all customs documentation automatically as part of every international shipment. Most bags clear without any action required from the guest at all. For the small number of international routes that require additional details — such as a passport copy or flight itinerary — our system identifies this post-booking and contacts the guest directly. The guest doesn't need to research requirements, prepare forms, or follow up. It's handled.

What Ship&Play takes care of

  • All customs declarations — completed by Ship&Play, not the guest
  • Country-specific requirements identified and managed automatically
  • Carrier selection optimized for the destination country
  • Post-booking outreach if additional documentation is ever needed — rare, and always handled by us

What guests experience

  • Book exactly the same way as any domestic shipment
  • No customs forms, no research, no extra steps at checkout
  • If anything is ever needed, Ship&Play reaches out — it's never on the guest to figure out
  • See the Destinations guide for port-specific lead time notes
